Orvieto

In the centre of Italy, built in a hilly area on the summit of a tufa rock- the so called Rupe- Orvieto is a majestic and fascinating city.
On little more than a kilometre in length and eight hundred metres of width lies a history rich in artistic and cultural testimony which date from the Etruscan period to the second milenium.
