The hotel Duomo has 18 rooms, five of which are junior suites, the rooms are all elegantly refurbished, and are situated on three floors, the upholstery and furnishings have been chosen to take advantage of the light and its various shades: yellow for the first floor, sky blue for the second floor and red for the third.

The rooms house artistic works by the master Livio Orazio Valentini who, in the rooms, assisted with lighting: each lamp has mosaic details, which remind one of details coming from the Cathedral.

Each room bears the name of the artists who worked on the building of the Cathedral of Orvieto: Arnolfo di Cambio, Nicola Pisano, Duccio di Boninsegna, Pietri di Puccio, Lorenzo Maitani, andrea Pisano, Ugolino di Prete Ilario, Lippo Memmi, Simone Mosca, Ippolito Scalza, Antonio Sangallo, Ugolino di Vieri, Gentile da Fabriano, Andrea Orcagna, Emilio Greco, Beato Angelico.
